Store and Forward
Is a one time payment on a day of your choosing. This feature benefits the Distributor by giving them the opportunity to quickly set up a payment for a higher dollar amount by asking the customer how much they would like to apply to their account that week, rather than just setting up a recurring payment for the minimum. Store and Forward transactions are also extremely quick and easy to edit.
Multiple Users
PayTrace has the ability to set up an unlimited number of users. Mac Tool Distributors often times have multiple routes. With the discretionary data fields, Customers can easily be identified by which route they belong to, ensuring that collections and transaction history information is available to the appropriate Distributor.
Payment Link
Payment Link is an optional add-on service. PayTrace creates a link custom to the Distributor. The Distributor can email or text the link to the customer, or place it onto his website or business facebook page. The customer can click the link, make a one-time payment, or set themselves up for a recurring payment plan. The Distributor can also create a QR code from the link and display the code for his customers to scan and make payments. This action, not only saves the Distributor time, provides the card holder transaction privacy, but also adds the customers information to the Distributors database automatically.
Recurring Payments
PayTrace has recurring payment options which can cover any payment plan needed. The Distributor can opt for PayTrace to rerun the transaction in the event of a decline, saving the Distributor time.
PayTrace Go App
First Nationwide Payments includes a PayTrace phone application with our service. Contained within the app, is the Distributors entire customer database, making payments on the go a seamless experience. The app and the web-based processing communicate with each other. This make pertinent data easily available, whether the Distributor has full access to his computer, or only has access to a smartphone.
Notifications and communications
If a Distributor has a card stored in their database that has an expiration date soon approaching, PayTrace will send the business an email, alerting the Distributor of the situation so that the Distributor can collect the updated card information from the customer, before payments that are scheduled start to decline. PayTrace also provides the Distributor the ability to create customizable reports. These reports will be emailed to the Distributor with the frequency that is selected.
